Starting with the choir school year 2021/22, the French pianist Justine Eckhaut will take over the task of accompanist from Imke Lichtwark, who accompanied the choir for two years. Imke Lichtwark has accepted a position in Weimar, making it impossible for her to continue rehearsing regularly with the Berlin Girls’ Choir. However, we are very happy that she will continue to be with us as an occasional guest pianist. We wish Imke all the best for her personal and professional future and look forward to her successor Justine.
